Getting there
Val de Bagnes, Valais. Free shuttle from Le Châble station every 30 min. Limited parking: please carpool.
Gentle mobility
Eco-friendly festival: train + shuttle recommended. Deposit cups, on-site sorting, dry toilets.
Camping
Free camping area, a 5-minute walk from the stage. Tent pitch included with the 3-day pass. Facilities on site.
Food & bars
Valais producers, vegetarian and vegan options, regional wine bar. Card, TWINT and contactless payments.
For families
Free for accompanied under-12s. Shaded family area, kids' ear plugs offered at the entrance.
Safety & accessibility
Site accessible to people with reduced mobility. Prevention team and first-aid post all weekend.

Good to know before you come
How do I get there without a car?
By train to Le Châble, then a free shuttle to the site every 30 minutes. The simplest and greenest option.
Does the festival run in any weather?
Yes, AURORA runs rain or shine. Bring a warm jacket: evenings at altitude are chilly.
Can I camp on site?
Yes, the camping area is free and just a 5-minute walk from the stage. The pitch is included in the 3-day pass.
What payment methods on site?
Card, TWINT and contactless are accepted at every stand. No ATM on site, so plan ahead.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable but transferable: you can pass them to someone else up to the day before the festival.
